At Vego Garden, we stand by the quality of our modular garden beds and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused garden components in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
